Responsibilities
- Design product flows and the system underneath them.
- Write decisions so engineering can implement without a second meeting.
- Hold the quality bar in critique without theatre.
Requirements
- 3–7 years designing product surfaces that shipped.
- You can run critique and write the decision, not only the file.
- Comfortable in a system: tokens, components, and empty states.
