Responsibilities
- Own reliability, capacity, and the on-call path.
- Make observability a product constraint, not a dashboard hobby.
- Partner with backend on tenancy, backpressure, and deploys.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- You have owned incidents and written the follow-through.
- Comfortable explaining capacity and failure modes to product.
